Tarek is a Harvard Senior Executive Fellow, with an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on Artificial Intelligence in Education. With over 25 years of experience in education transformation, project management, strategy formulation, and implementation, he has a proven track record of transforming strategy into action and results. His expertise spans business transformation, process improvement, and organizational development. He managed a strategic portfolio worth AED 4 billion annually for a decade, leading national programs and educational reforms. Tarek has organized global events and summits, engaging world leaders, scientists, and public figures. He has worked at key education organizations and government and private companies in the region. Tarek is currently managing Al Jubail Education Investment Holding in Abu Dhabi. His unique blend of technology, education, and HR insight makes him a leading voice in AI-driven transformation in education.
