As an Inclusion Specialist with over 12 years of experience in the education sector, I have dedicated 8 years to working in the UAE, where I have taken on a variety of roles. My expertise includes serving as a Reading Development Specialist, Teaching and Learning Leader, and SENCo, allowing me to develop a well-rounded perspective on educational needs. I am currently working as a Positive Education Leader and Inclusion Lead, annd have had ongoing experience as a SEN Consultant. My professional journey has equipped me with valuable insights into fostering inclusive learning environments. Currently, I am particularly interested in the development of artificial intelligence and its implementation in West Africa, exploring how these advancements can impact education in the region.
